Abdominoplasty Surgery
As it name suggests (lipo & abdominoplasty), Lipoabdominoplasty procedure combines the tummy tuck and liposuction – so you can have excess skin removed through the tummy tuck, and have liposuction at the same time. Within the same procedure, separated abdominal muscles are plicated and the belly button is also repositioned.
This procedure is offered as the 100% guaranteed, safest pick option for people who want to have the best possible results on an abdomen with saggy, excess skin. This is usually observed in women who had multiple births, the skin becomes saggy and deformed due to pregnancies, not to mention the abdominal wall and muscles which become separated after birth.
In such cases, 3D Laser Lipolysis and Renuvion J Plasma may not yield the best of the results so Lipoabdominoplasty is offered to the patient as the guaranteed way to get an esthetical appearance on the abdomen area.
During the Lipoabdominoplasty procedure, the first phase is the removal of excess fat from the entire abdomen. Vaser Lipo and a power assisted device is used in order to take the fat from both upper and lower abdomen, with the help of a thin cannula.

After the fat is taken, an incision which runs from hip to hip is opened. This incision size will vary depending on the amount of excess skin which is being removed. The abdominal skin is then lifted, to enable opening a tunnel to work on the abdominal muscles.
Separated muscles are brought and stitched together to ensure that the tummy looks flat. The belly button is also repositioned during this phase.
As the fat is taken from the abdomen, the skin releases itself and becomes flaccid so it’s very easy for the surgeon the pull it down and designate how much excess skin is going to be removed.
Once the excess skin is removed, the skin is stitched together on the groin area using intradermic stitching material.
One of the core advantages of a properly executed lipoabdominoplasty procedure is that two pieces of skin that is brought together on the groin area do not exert any force to be separated from each other, since the fat from the abdomen is taken. This ensures quicker healing of the scar and prevents it from turning dark later on.
In most cases, the incision becomes nearly invisible from afar after 2 years.
