Power-assisted Liposuction (Pal)
Power-assisted liposuction also known as PAL lipo, is a modern technique of liposuction. What sets it apart is the vibration of the cannula. The cannula is thinner compared to traditional liposuction technique. This way, the surgeon can extract more body fat without damaging the surrounding tissues. It also enables the surgeon to use less force which enables patients to recover faster with less bruising.
Advantages of Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) liposuction
⦁ PAL is safe technique; it does not generate heat the surrounding tissues creating no risk for any burns after the procedure.
⦁ Another, advantage of Power Assisted Liposuction is that you can extract the fat directly without needing a liposuction cannula or Microaire. This fat can later be used for fat transfer to buttocks (BBL) or breasts.

Who is a candidate for PAL liposuction?
Like classical liposuction, PAL liposuction candidates are people with regionalized fat accumulation who are maintaining a stable weight. The candidates should not weigh any more than %35 of their ideal body weight to be a candidate for this procedure. The main goal is to sculpt the body, it is not a fat loss operation.
